i had such high hopes for this so-called "charming" hotel, but it definitely fell flat. i mean, no croissants at breakfast? how dreadful! also, getting charged for underground parking after barely being informed? that’s just rude. i woudl ve appreciated a complimentary welcome gift for all this trouble, but no such luck. what a disappointment!

Waking up to breathtaking mountain views filled our mornings with joy. The breakfast spread was the highlight, with delicious options and the staff always eager to assist.
